What is Trust deed?
A legal document that creates a trust, giving a person or organization the right to manage money or property for someone else.
What is Partnership agreement?
A legal document that set forth the terms and relation between persons who have agreed to share the profits of a business carried on by all or any of them acting for all.
When Joint Venture (JV) agreement need to be drafted?
Two or more person or associations may join together to perform for a common purpose. The parties may contribute capital, labor, assets, skill, experience, knowledge, or other resources useful for the single enterprise or project. JV typically dissolved once the explicit purpose has been fulfilled.
What documents are needed to draft Rent agreement?
Rent agreement is entered between landlord and tenant. Following documents are required:
- Original/copy of title deed as proof of ownership.
- Tax receipt or Index II.
- Address proof of both the parties.
- Two passport-sized photos of the landlord and the tenant.
- Identity proof such as a copy of a PAN card or Aadhaar card.
- Rent agreement printed on stamp paper.
To authenticate the agreement, both the landlord and the tenant ought to sign the agreement in the presence of two people who are non-beneficiaries of the property and will sign on the agreement as witnesses.
What is the difference between Partnership deed and Partnership agreement?
Partnership agreement is not registered in the court of law, its an agreement between the partners whereas a partnership deed is a written agreement between the partners and is registered in the court of law

A franchise agreement is a contract under which the franchisor grants the franchisee the right to operate a business, or offer, sell, or distribute goods or services identified or associated with the franchisor's trademark
